In a perfect world, you as an agent would be able to host an awesome open house on any listing you choose. Unfortunately, there are many HOA’s and cities that do not permit our services and do not allow you to serve your clients’ best interests. The reason? They feel that open house signs (unlike… political signs? Hmm…) are fashion faux pas, not realizing the positive impact that a well-executed real estate venture can have on the community.

If you work within an area where this snub is negatively impacting your business, we invite you to reach out to your local politicians to communicate how the regulations are impacting you. Please keep it respectful; we try to work with municipalities, not against them.
